What Are Power Skills?
Power skills, often referred to as soft skills, are the essential abilities required to navigate leadership effectively. These include:

- Emotional intelligence
- Adaptability
- Problem-solving
- Teamwork
- Conflict resolution
- Critical thinking
The course begins in October 2024, and we're thrilled to have you as part of this cohort. Here's what you can expect:
1. Access to a private portal for your specific cohort, containing:
- Workbooks
- Recorded sessions
- Additional resources
2. The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment:
- You'll receive a link to complete this assessment before the course starts
- This tool helps you understand how you show up in both positive and stressful situations
- Learn more about the ELI assessment here.
3. A personal welcome:
- One of our coaches will contact you to schedule a meet and greet
- Prepare any questions you may have for this session
