Terms of Service (“Terms”)

Please read the Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”) carefully before using the http://www.wilempowered.com website or membership platform operated by Women in Leadership Empowered or WIL Empowered.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
WIL Empowered is a membership-based platform designed to provide professional perspective, guidance, learning, development and insight into the soft skills not always taught at University or at work. As a member (you) assume full responsibility for all decisions made and action taken, and you agree that Women in Leadership Empowered, WIL Empowered, 2572384 Ontario Inc. and its employees will not be held liable for the outcome of any decision or action taken by you as the result of the program.
WIL Empowered will provide a two-hour live monthly experiential learning session once per month, as well as, a one-hour monthly live Q&A to ensure that all questions are answered. For those participating in the Tier 2 or Tier 3 memberships, there will be one on one coaching services provided as well as the Energy Leadership Index assessment. For Tier 3 there will be a monthly Mastermind session, all information shared is confidential and each participant will be required to sign off on a confidentiality agreement.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription (s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle if you choose payment option 2 below.
Payment options: There are two ways to pay for your membership. 1) Pay the lump sum which is the net amount + appropriate taxes which you agree to pay in full all fees associated with your WIL Empowered membership or 2) Payments can be made on a monthly recurring basis but will incur an additional 10% admin and financing fee.
All fees are charged in USD.
We use a third party payment processor (“Stripe”) who will be required to capture your financial information as well as, name, address, phone number, email address, and the credit card number you will be using for the transaction.
For any upgrade or downgrade to a Tier level, will result in the new rate being charged at the next billing cycle. There will be no prorating for downgrades between billing cycles.
Downgrading your Tier level may cause the loss of features from that specific Tier. The company does not accept liability for such loss as this is a conscious decision of the user.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
Termination or Cancellation of membership
You are solely responsible for cancelling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. But there will not be any prorating of unused time in the last billing cycle.
The Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason and any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of your membership. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone one for any reason at any time within reason.
All of your access will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation and you will no longer have access to the membership site.
We reserve the right to make any changes necessary to the membership program, content, or schedules. We will make best efforts to not make changes but there can be unforeseen circumstances that might dictate adjustments.

We reserve the right to make changes and adaptations to the terms of service as required.
