Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service, or should reach out to us directly at info@wilempowered.com.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Background
WIL Empowered is a leadership development platform designed to provide professional perspective, guidance, learning, development and insight into the power skills not always taught at University or at work. As a participant (you) assume full responsibility for all decisions made and actions taken, and you agree that Women in Leadership Empowered, WIL Empowered, WILL Inc. and its employees will not be held liable for the outcome of any decision or action taken by you as the result of the leadership development.
Leadership Development Courses.
All fees are charged in USD.
We use a third-party payment processor (“Stripe”) that will be required to capture your financial information as well as, your name, address, phone number, email address, and the credit card number you will be using for the payment for leadership development.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
Termination or Cancellation
You are solely responsible for cancelling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
We reserve the right to make any changes necessary to the courses, content, or schedules. We will make our best efforts to communicate all changes but there can be unforeseen circumstances that might dictate adjustments to the courses, content and schedules.
Communication is key. If you have any questions or concerns about anything that comes up during the sessions, please email info@wilempowered.com.
We reserve the right to make changes and adaptations to the terms of service as required.
