Each participant will be asked to complete the Strength Finders Assessment and submit to the coach that they have been assigned. You will discuss the Top 5 strengths and how to put those to work for you in your life and career. This is an additional charge outside of the normal course fees.

Module 1: Understanding Body Language

This module will focus on understanding your own body language and what it says about you. You will identify the biggest areas of opportunity in your non-verbal communication through asking those who know you best to evaluate your non-verbal communication.  Once we collect that information, we will then begin the work to enhance those areas you are doing well with and shift the ones that may be sabotaging your message. The objective is to ensure that you are presenting yourself authentically in all situations and coming across as the powerful person that you are.

Module 2: Navigating through your presence

We will concentrate on both in person and virtual sessions so that you are well equipped to handle either situation whether internally at your company or externally with clients, potential new job, etc.

How to intrude on a conversation to make your presence heard, seen, and believed without being seen as rude, overbearing, or unauthentic. While building and encouraging engagement and strong relationships with others.

Module 3: Gravitas

We will break down the meaning and attributes of someone who has a lot of gravitas. Someone who has gravitas is usually highly respected because they seem serious, intelligent, and approachable. We will take a deep dive into how you build your reputation as a gravitas leader.

We will also focus on how your wardrobe can impact your presence. Sharing tips on how to dress to impress without breaking the bank.

Module 4: Behavioural Analyst

During this module we will have the pleasure of learning from a behavioural analyst who will share her tips regarding non-verbal communication skills. Each of you will prepare a 6 -minute presentation to be delivered at this final module. We will record and evaluate your leadership presence and provide you with a one-on-one coaching session to support you individually with how to leverage your strengths and also where you need to improve in your presence.

Thank you for all your support and patience during last year Women in Leadership program! During my professional life I have participated in many workshops, seminars, I have been mentored and I have mentored myself. Your sessions were informative, engaging, eye opening, with applicable and clear structured content. During the program I got to know fabulous colleague ladies , and although we work in the same floor and same company we didn't have a chance to know each other. Genuinely I can say that your program was one of the best I have attended.

I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to take the Women in Leadership course with Vicki. Throughout the course, we learned about Conversational Intelligence, Non-verbal communication, our own communication and reaction styles (ELI), and much much more. The group gave us a sense of community, exposure to other powerful woman outside of the org, and allowed us to meet and network with other women in different departments within the org. I would definitely be part of this course again if the opportunity arises as I looked forward to it every month. Thank you Vicki for being a great mentor, teacher, and friend.

This online platform for women leaders is professional, helpful and a great community. It provides an excellent forum to learn, grow and share.  Thanks for launching this.  It is a pleasure to hear Vicki and Robyn share their knowledge and feedback on women in leadership.  It is also a delight to meet other women leaders in a virtual setting.

The Women in Leadership program was an extremely valuable opportunity and empowered me to develop meaningful connections with a diverse group of women. I learned essential skills that will allow me to continue to build my professional and personal networks. This program gave me access to interactive lessons, live Q&As, and an online membership community and resources. The most valuable aspect of this program was the opportunity to connect with and learn from not only the experienced and knowledgeable coaches, but also the other women participating in the program. Being a part of this community of women, both online and through the coaching sessions, has been an empowering and worthwhile experience and I’d highly recommend it to all women looking for mentorship and networking opportunities. Thank you Vicki and Robyn for making this program such a success!

It's great to be in a group of professional women who aren't shy about going after what matters but are also willing to share the bumps along the way. Thanks to Vicki and Robyn for creating a vibrant community of professional women!

I joined the WIL Empowered program for support in better understanding my “blinds spots” and to help me be more self aware so that I could excel my career growth. This program covers a great range of topics that I fined EXTREMELY important for anyone that wants to do well in their career, no matter if they are a business owner or in a corporate environment, as I believe we need to be well rounded in our skills and not just in one skill. This program touches on business, networking, mindset, belief systems and lot more which is the beauty of it! As well, it’s lead by very professional and knowledgeable women that truly care about your success and make sure to answer all your questions to insure you get the best results possible from this journey. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to accelerate their career and to tap into the areas they didn’t even know they needed support with but will discover it as they go.
