What energy do you most resonate with? Feminine or Masculine?

I spent many of my executive years in masculine energy which kept me from Being my full self. I shared this with Ralph Graves Jr on the "Unstoppable" podcast that as women, I believe we have tried to fit into a male dominated world especially in the corporate world. And that actually takes away from the power we bring to the table. As we navigate these types of situations it's important that we bring our full self, to share the strengths and talents that we have so that we harmonize both the feminine and the masculine energy.
