Our courses can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals, the organization, or the different team dynamics. Each course is designed to have a minimum of 2 people and up to 100 people. All work is administered virtually to maximize everyone’s time.
Each course is designed with a specific objective in mind, and we highly recommend Conscious Leadership as the base for all the courses we teach. Our courses are designed to incorporate leadership development and coaching with every course. Conscious leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and the 3 C’s all require an assessment to be completed as participants navigate each of these courses.
During the Conscious Leadership course every participant will be required to take the energy leadership index assessment, to learn more, click here. By taking the ELI individuals will have a better understanding of how they show up in the world when things are going well and when in high stress states, will learn about the 2 types of energy and their impact, but most importantly you will learn about choice and becoming conscious of how you lead.
The Emotional Intelligence course participants will take the EQi 2.0 assessment providing a detail review of your personal emotional intelligence, how to balance, and develop strategies for better overall well being and happiness. To learn more, click here.
The 3 C’s of Leadership course participants will complete the Gallup Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment for the top 5 natural strengths. This overview provides you with a better understanding of your natural talents and how to leverage in your life whether professionally or personally. Knowing your strengths impacts the way you look at opportunities and how to express yourself so that others understand more fully who you are and how you see things.
