Vicki Bradley
Founder and CEO
Conscious Leaders are incredibly aware of themselves, others, and the influence they have on situations, events, and people. I support people in being highly responsive verses reactive in the life that they lead to ensure they bring their full and authentic self to the world. I do this through building strong communication skills, using your voice boldly, and supporting you to make conscious choices.
I am the Founder and CEO of Vicki Bradley & Company and WIL Empowered, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Energy Leadership Index Assessment Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Certified in Conversational Intelligence (CIQ), and Certified as an Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0) Coach and EQi 360 Facilitator. I am currently undertaking a Transdisciplinary PhD at Middlesex University in the UK, where my focus is on leadership.
What stands me apart from most coaches is that I am a seasoned Executive with 25+ years’ experience in leading high performing teams in the retail industry across North America. I’ve held progressive roles with iconic retailers which include: President of the Bombay Furniture Company in Canada while simultaneously leading the store organization as VP Sales and Operations for Bombay US, SVP of Sales and Operations with Marks and Spencer’s, VP of Sales and Operations with luxury retailer Holt Renfrew (Hr2) and held progressive roles within the Woolworth Organization across North America. I sat on the Board of Directors for the Retail Council of Canada, Party Packagers, and OSI tile.
Robyn Holloway
Director of Operations
Founder of Robyn Holloway Coaching, she is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), both certifications having been obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Also certified as an Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and EQi 360 Coach and Facilitator, ORSC Trained Systems Coach, Resilience Coaching, Applied Positive Psychology.
In addition, she has over 25 years’ experience in Management and Human Resources in a variety of industries. Her love of learning and challenging herself led to a diverse career. She has held roles in human resources both internally and through a consulting company, law offices, physiotherapy clinics and long-term care facilities.
She enjoys creating a thriving environment at work and using her considerable experience to improve processes to better serve clients and employees. Her strengths include insight into the needs of employees and clients, ability to be decisive, approachability and the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
Nataisha Revoy
PPC, ELI-MP
Leadership Coach and Educator who has had an amazing journey of self-discovery. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Education and a certificate as a Human Resources Professional. She is a Professional Certified Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
Nataisha spent many years working as a Human Resources Advisor, where she provided guidance and coaching to professionals in the Canadian Broadcasting industry. She then received her Bachelor of Education. In her practice as an educator she understands the importance of continuously assessing where you are in relation to your goals and developing a plan to move forward.
Nataisha believes that Leadership is the ability to inspire others to use their strengths in collaboration with others in accomplishing a collective goal. She utilizes her guiding principles of kindness, respect and gratitude to support individuals who are ready to become innovative leaders within their organization and community.
