Join WIL Empowered’s “3C's Leadership” 8 Week Course
Those who manage are responsible for ensuring efficiency and usually a part of the business. They go through the mechanics of the operations. Those who lead see how things can be improved, they inspire others to move toward their greatness. But being able to motivate others is not enough, you must be able to paint a vision, be empathetic and able to connect with others on a deeper level building trust so that they can see the future, see their own greatness and the impact on the business and the lives of those they touch.
The time is now to make the jump from managing to being the leader you aspire to be.

In addition to the 8 week course, participants will receive four one on one coaching sessions after the course to check in and to ensure they are embodying the skills they have learned. Each of the participants will also complete the Gallup Strengths Finders assessment so that they have a better understanding of their strengths and how to leverage in their careers.

Is having the ability to understand and shift from being reactionary to responsive. This is empowering for leaders especially given the many challenges they balance daily. Once they understand how to make the shift to consciously respond they reduce stress, are more focused, and create better relationships with others while being in their greatness.
Intelligence is focused on understanding the key principles of self, others, and their conversational abilities. They will learn how to communicate with confidence, handle difficult conversations, speak with anyone at anytime, express themselves fully and professionally. Not only do we emphasis the verbal expression but also the non-verbal so that their presence is in alignment with that full expression.
With the overall objective being to build confidence and leadership presence so that they are successful in all efforts internally and externally at your organization. According to the Canadian Women's Institute and the KPMG women in leadership study, 67% of women said they need more support building confidence to feel they can be a leader and 57% cited confidence building as the development skill they need most to move into leadership roles.
